To keep our service accessible, we offer free shipping on all orders of €50 or more. If your order total is below €50, a small shipping fee will be applied during checkout. This fee will be clearly displayed before payment so that there are no hidden surprises.

Once the laboratory receives your sample, testing begins immediately. In most cases, results are available within 24 hours of the lab receiving your sample. This efficient process ensures you get accurate results as quickly as possible, minimizing anxiety and wait times.
Tracking and Notifications
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link allows you to follow your package in real time, from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your door.
To ensure you’re always up to date, we keep you informed through multiple channels. You will receive automatic email updates, SMS notifications, and—if you opt in—WhatsApp messages with key information such as estimated delivery times, live tracking status, and confirmation once your package has been successfully delivered.

Delivery Delays and Support
