While our laboratory partners are fully certified and follow strict quality standards, CheckYourSTD.com does not provide medical advice or treatment recommendations.

4. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed exclusively via our website. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase.

CheckYourSTD.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, breach of terms, or unavailability of stock.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on CheckYourSTD.com are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly shown before completing your purchase.

We use Stripe and Klarna to process payments securely. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and may include:

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver our test kits within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Orders placed before 23:59 are typically shipped the same day for next-day delivery, depending on local courier availability.

Shipping is handled via partners such as DPD, UPS, PostNL, and local couriers. Delivery times may vary by location and circumstances.

We aim to ensure timely delivery, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

7. Returns and Cancellation

Due to the medical nature of our products, test kits cannot be returned or refunded once the seal has been broken or the package opened. This is for hygiene, safety, and legal compliance.

If you change your mind before your order is shipped, please contact us immediately at support@checkmystd.com to cancel or amend your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.

• Return the test sample using the enclosed, prepaid, medically approved return packaging

• Not tamper with the contents or reuse the kit

9. Test Results

Test results are processed by certified laboratories and are typically available within 24 hours of sample arrival at the lab. Results will be delivered digitally via a secure platform or email.

We do our best to ensure timely and accurate results. However, no testing system is 100% error-proof. In rare cases, retesting may be required.

CheckYourSTD.com cannot be held responsible for misinterpretation of results or health consequences resulting from unverified assumptions.
